I explicitly made the decision to (prepare and) upload vharfbuzz while uharfbuzz is waiting in the NEW queue when I had time to put my hands on it. Putting the completed work in the delayed queue serves no benefit. I also explicitly avoided Ubuntu's Debian import freeze date to avoid having vharfbuzz entering Ubuntu in the RC-buggy status. If you would like, I can communicate with the dfsg team about expediting uharfbuzz, but I generally don't think that is necessary as uharfbuzz is already quite close to the top of the queue.
