This was premature packaging -- cosign does not yet Build-Depends on docker-credential-acr-env, but it is mentioned in go.mod so will be needed if more parts of the package is enabled. I'm open to anything here, some ideas: 1) Report upstream to cosign v3 that they stop importing this library. 2) Fix the FTBFS bug somehow 3) Keep docker-credential-acr-env out of testing until there is a stronger use-case for it (I suppose the FTBFS bug will do that). Other ideas?
