It seems that over the years I have taken over maintenance for
too many packages and I cannot really give all of them the care
that they deserve. Thus, I would normally request an adopter for
the id3tool package...

...but in this case I'm not even sure if it should be in Debian:
the upsream site has been dead for years, popcon is pretty low.
Still, if anybody feels like they want to keep id3tool in Debian, please
feel free to take over maintenance; otherwise, I will file a removal
request in three months.

The package description is:
A simple and complete editor for ID3 tags in MP3 files. ID3 tags are a way of
identifying mp3 music files - you can store Artist, Album, Title, Track,
Year, and Genre in a tag, as well as a 28-character comment.
 .
Highly recommended for scripting and bulk operations where you need
to edit id3 tags from scripts.
 .
Can also be used to read id3 tags.
