Hi.
This bug was opened in July 2019, and the upstream project was archived
in November 2019 and is no longer maintained:
https://github.com/surol/speedtest-cli
I don't think we should ever package that project, so closing this ITP.
I am working on a RFP for speedtest-go which may be a better option:
