Build-Depends on golang-github-ncruces-julianday-dev, golang-github-ncruces-sort-dev, golang-github-ncruces-wbt-dev (and other Build-Depends per upstream go.mod; those ncruces libraries are being packaged in parallel). I intend to maintain this package under the Debian Go Packaging Team. Packaging will live on Salsa at go-team/packages/golang-github-ncruces-go-sqlite3.
