is apparently not active anymore.  Therefore, I orphan this package
now.  Tim Cutts has announced interest in adopting it, so I set him as owner

I have now uploaded a new release of the package with myself set as  
the Maintainer, and all the NMUs since Philippe's last have been  
incorporated.  Thanks for everything you've done on the package up to  
now, Philippe.
