* If you want to know anything regarding being blocked, or inability to access the Dwyco servers, please send us your id# and handle, we can't figure out what your problem is without this information. Your id# can be viewed in cdc32 by clicking setup|user... in cdc32, the id# is at the bottom.
* Did you purchase a subscription and lose your subscription code? If so, visit http://www.dwyco.com and click the "lost regcode?" button and you can retrieve it automatically. * YOU MUST HAVE THE LATEST VERSION (2.97beta-H) TO ACCESS THE SERVERS. You can get your version from Help|about.... You can download the latest version from www.dwyco.com. FYI: some people think that sending us the same question over and over will result in quicker service. If you are receiving this, we have gotten your email. It may take us a day or two to respond. If you continually send us multiple copies of the same question, we consider that harassment, and we will ignore you. June 5, 2004 Our dumbass ISP decided to start filtering the ports Dwyco uses for its servers, without any warning. If you get "Online/NO AUTH" then you are still trying to access the old server ports. To get to the new servers ports, do this: * start cdc32 * wait until cdc32 gets a directory listing (or hurry the process, and click the little blinking "trying..."). * quit cdc32 * restart, you should be accessing the new servers then. sorry for the inconvenience, Dwyco, Inc. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
