Which, in case this answer looks obscure to you, means that you need sending a mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" with the word "subscribe" in the subject. Sorry if this answer looks pedantic to you, but experience shows that Simon's answer may also look a bit rude...:-) (some MUA do not show all headers.....or some users may be unaware of these headers meaning)
