-mentors should typically be a far kinder, gentler place than, say, -devel. We're there to encourage, not to flame. I'd imagine that the third time the same person posted the same (easily answerable) question there might be some short words said, but I doubt that any reasonable question would result in unfriendliness, unless you're actively looking for unfriendliness.
