I fully agree with all these advices. Far better using the -i18n
mailing list (possibly with a marker like [D-W]). This would have the
big advantage of a d-w project being fully part of Debian itself, and
not working alone.

(I'm not good today to express my ideas in English...probably holidays
effeft, but I think you get the point mostly)
