Hi,
the german translation at
http://women.debian.org/involvement/bugreporting.de.html
displays german umlauts wrong (tested with Firefox and Opera). This is
due to the webserver sending an
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
header (where it should probably just not specify an encoding at all).
You can check this with W3's validator:
