Hey,

I have been thinking about a global "anti-harassment committee". That is, a
group of people involved not only in one community, but coming from various
ones who could be contacted via a mail in case of any mistreatment.
Unfortunately, this touches a lot to women (sexual harassment/assault, in
general) but also, one could consider that a bad welcome to newly enrolled
contributor is also a form of harassment.

Since all the communities face these situations, my guess is it could be
more efficient to have a global "committee". Otherwise, I fear (and this is
also what I experienced when this happenned to me) that things are
disconnected and less powerful.

What do you think about this?
