Log message:
Added Archive-architecture fields to record what architectures are
available in a machine readable format. Converted existing comments to
this, checking some but not all for corretness.
The format of the field is:
Archive-architecture: x y
or
Archive-architecture: !z
This also leave open the possibility for CDImage-architecture or
NonUS-architecture fields in the future.
Removed two down mirrors:
- sunsite.ualberta.ca has its Debian mirror down indefinitly due to
disk crash
- debian.freedevices.org does not resolve (mailed maintainer)
