Merge to MAIN:
* Add current/ link in changelog directories
* Fix handling of packages with an arch all and and arch any version
(greetings to the AMD64 folks...)
* Update Parse::DebianChangelog to 1.0
(don't merge UTF-8 changes, there are still some bugs there somewhere)
