Replace "SSL certificates" with "cryptographic certificates"
SSL should now be called TLS.
We don't actually pay for SSL/TLS certs any more due to Let's Encrypt,
but we might still need to buy wildcard or EV certs in some situations.
We also have paid (and may need to again) for code signing certs;
we paid for certification for Secure Boot and could pay for code
signing certificates for Windows, macOS etc.
So using "cryptographic" covers both possibilities.
