1.48: removed non-US - nobody should really be submitting that any
more, and if
they do, there's the comment field still
1.49: removed web site - pointless for an even longer time
1.50: amended cdimage title to be CD/DVD

1.52: removed fodder; modified a too optimistic statement
1.53: removed confusing comment - it took me a while to figure out what
the hell
i meant by that there :) and dropped odd quotes around the comma
