Sync with 1.44:
Udate, remove obsolete info about old signining keys and apt-check-sigs.
Don't link directly to key file, since there is no procedure to update
this page when the key filename changes. (1.39)
Remove the pre-sarge stuff (i.e. <if-stable-release release="woody">)
We should not accumulate too much cruft in here (1.42)
add stuff for the etch stable release (1.43)
