1.14: moved mirror/countries.data to become a countries_all template,
since
it's obviously generic, as well as used in three places now
1.13: Use volatile.debian.org instead of volatile.debian.net
Make sure all content of volatile.debian.net is included in the
pages.
All these changes are language independent and should be done by the
author
for all translations, but ...
