Sync: Remove entry for obolete woody installation manual.
Update entry for the current installation guide (1.115)
Add new tag <insrcpackage> which is needed for the installation guide
as its
binary packages are architecture-specific (1.116)

Updated authors/maintainers for relnotes (1.118)
