Sync: Updated the when-to-mirror section, to give more up to date info
and
more necessary advice (1.45)
Moved that extra data from the top into a section like all others, at
the
bottom (since that's the final step) (1.46)
Fixed up the non-US sentence, one day only the date will matter (to
calculate just how old this is) (1.47)
Use closing tags in the new paragraphs and — (1.48)
Push-secondary is good, too (1.49)
Fixed bad English (1.50)
Moved the apache 1.3 -only option down (1.51)
Reorganized the what-to-mirror part a bit in order to provide a mostly
analogous list and further deprecate non-US (1.52)
