        Sync with 1.45:
        * Changed the wording of the advantages of buying Debian cds.  See

        * Use <q>
        * s,<br>,<br />
        * Delete superfluous line breaks: "<br />&nbsp;" just before </li> and 
"<br />"
          just after <p>.  Also, lowercase <A>.
        * partial revert of r1.40 - restored the simpler language ("bootable 
image" is
          "buzzword buzzword" to many people) and the basic descriptions of the 
CD/DVD
          options (but shortened)
