1.69: added frequency of mirroring as a <select>
1.70: hm, that will prevent the BTS from seeing the submission, but it
won't
prevent [EMAIL PROTECTED] from getting it. on second thought, we
probably
shouldn't scare people with this, since we already tell them
below how to
mail us in case of issues.
