Update to English originals.
- partial revert of r1.40 - restored the simpler language ("bootable
image" is "buzzword buzzword" to many people) and the basic
descriptions of the CD/DVD options (but shortened)
- switch to linking netinst, CD-httpftp, CD-torrent and CD-jigdo
rather than d-i
- English fixes
