Sync: Explicitly state what two-stage rsync means (doh; noticed by
Carlos
Carvalho) (1.59)
The rsync-with-authentication subsection was actually badly named,
because
the auth bit is peripheral, and it was also misplaced, because pushing
relates to when, not how; moved it down and rephrased nicely; removed
pointless extra bits about security (1.60)
Clarified the first stage exclusion, and mentioned both strategies
(1.61)
Mention contents, udeb and installer files in the --exclude example,
because
they're pretty large too (anonftpsync has more, but we don't care much)

Moved the architecture exclude example to the bottom of the partial
mirroring section, where it's more appropriate; rephrased a bit better
(1.63)
