close <a name=...> correctly so that WML doesn't mess with them, fixing
some
other issues I noticed along the way; "Warning: <a> cannot copy name
attribute
to id" still persists as for fixing that I'd need to change the anchor
names
and I don't know whether anything (on- or off-site) links to them
