1.31: git-svn for alioth
1.32: Updated DDP update mechanism in line with SVN
New subversion script use "export" instead of "checkout" to
ensure the
prestine files are there even if files in checkout directory has
been
changed. This was important change to work with po files.
Used smartchange.pl script to reflect change to all translations.
