Log message:
From DSA-2134 onwards the DSAs do not include any information of the
affected
files so we cannot extract a list of platforms that are affected by each
specific vulnerability.
Consequently, do not abort (but do log) when the data with packages is
empty.
This makes it possible to generate OVAL definitions, even if incomplete.
