Fix build errors. Even though the Chinese wml files are in UTF-8
encoding,
they still need to contain Big5-compatible traditional Chinese
characters
for the time being, otherwise the zh_CN pages would fail to build.
Also corrected some minor translation mistakes, punctuations and
spacing.
