Log message:
Adjust the colour of the Debian logo to #A80030 which is the one on
the 1999/vote_0004 ballot, i.e. the one Debian actually voted for.
I only changed the SVG version because I could not precisely figure
out how the others were generated, for now. (There may be issues
with embedded Adobe code in all those files, SVG EPS PDF etc.,
anyway; additionally, Inkscape in unstable can only open one of
the four SVG files without an errorâ¦)
