It seems you're accessing a web server with Apache's default page saying something like "Welcome to your new home in Cyberspace"; the same page also states that it has nothing to do with the Debian project. The Debian project produces the operating system, but it doesn't walk into random offices and install its operating system on people's computers. Again, please have your support staff take a look at the problem.
