newer powerpc web pages

Hi all,

i have nearly done the work for the powerpc web pages, but some questions:

- can i replace the pages on master or must i check all in (cvs) ?
- what is the meaning of 'makeing' the pages? Setting of different languages,
  updates per make, ...? 
- must now have all files the ending of the languages?   index.html.en, 
  index.html.sp, ...  ?
