Notice: I had to make a change to /News/1998/Makefile to get the news files to compile properly. Basicly, I added the wml command at the bottom. I don't know about anyone else, but I was getting a "no rule" error.
Notice: I changed Make.templ.inc. JPG* variables were set up to scan for gif files and I use jpgs (exclusivly, converting if I have to).
