The perl script recent_list which is used to grab recent entries in parts of the web pages, e.g. News and security, has been modified to look in the previous years list if there aren't enough entries in the current year to fill the requested number of entries.
This should make the transition between years easier since the new directories can be added as soon as the new year arrives and no games need to be played with the wml files to make them list the recent entries. The wml files still need to be changed to use the current year. This won't be automated since they depend on the creation of the new year directories. Jay Treacy
