Mirror List?

Hi,

Would anyone be willing to do some major maintinance on our mirror list?
Some of the things needed are,
  * Change all country names to use ISO codes
  * Verify all the mirrors exist in the DNS and their information is 
    correct, including checking if they have uncrecorded ftp/http/rsync 
  * Eliminate any duplicates

Its a big job, probabably lots automatiable with some perl/python - there
are 151 entries now.
