The debian-devel-0008 archive seems to be functioning normally, it's now
14:41:16 UTC Sat Aug 26 and the web page says:
The last update was on 18:24 GMT Fri Aug 25. There are 1359 messages.
The <=24 hour offset is normal. We indend to lower it, though, soon.
