listarchives: encoded headers with charset == koi8-r displays incorrectly)
I added: <CharsetConverters> koi8-r;-decode- </CharsetConverters> to debian.rc I check debian-russian this morning and the problem is fixed. There are other lists with the same problem, like debian-chinese-big5 that need the same fix. I would take care of that tonight.
