There are good reasons to want the behavior of checking all bugs be available somehow. Consider for example if you want to provide a link to a bug (to an upstream author, or in a certian debian newsletter, say) that still works for more than a month after the bug is closed. I actually have a bug in the BTS requesting this, I think.. -- see shy jo
