and add specail treatment to URLs wehn they occcccur in packages'

This has been implemented now. Thanks go to Tommi Virtanen for coming
up with a better solution than me. :)
Please note that only the standard (https?|ftp|gopher):// URLs are
recognized. So you should convert
tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/sources/sbin/sysklogd-1.3.tar.gz to
ftp://tsx-11.mit.edu/pub/sources/sbin/sysklogd-1.3.tar.gz
