I *hate* to follow up myself, it seems like nobody is listening, but
that might be because of the time shift and the fact that the weekend starts
today...
Anyhow, I attach a "proof of concept" not quite polished but which
works and could enable us to have (if improved) the following
HTML form -> (user sends email) -> automatic gatherer ----------> BTS
(like deb-test.html) (parse_email | parse_query )
Now I wait for ideas/flames/whatever from other people..
