If there exists a -l10n-foo list for -(user-)?foo list, then the latter should be in user and the former in int. It makes sense to me. I did this change on http://lists.debian.org/ recently, IIRC I moved -french, -italian and -user-catalan to user. -- 2. That which causes joy or happiness.
