While we are on templates, Peter asked why there are entities substitutions in basic.wml l.126: [[s/—/--/g]] [[s/–/-/g]] [[s/&[lr]dquo;/"/g]] [[s/‘/`/g]] [[s/’/'/g Does someone remember why this was needed?
