I'm willing to write some code that will generate this.  I think it is a 
good idea as it gets the security messages out there but leaves one
original source.  People will find out about new DSAs quicker, but can
go back to the authorative list.

I might just even put something on pdo/~csmall if people don't want it
do be on security.
