Subject: pine4-src does not correctly note its dependence on the dev version of
libncurses, and this causes the build process to fail.

Package: pine4-src
Version: 1
Severity: important

When compiling, whenever gcc is passed the -lncurses flag, the linker
is unable to find the library, since the libncurses5-dev package is not
installed. Once I installed the package, all went well. The dependency
needs to be added.

There is also no record of a libncurses5-dev package when I search on
www.debian.org.

Sure there is. See http://packages.debian.org/libncurses5-dev
