No, you should first contact the translation coordinators. Which is me and Bas ;) Make sure to subscribe to debian-l10n-dutch@ on the webpage http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/subscribe... and introduce yourselve on that list... the first few pages you'll send to this list, but after that you can get write access to CVS... greetings, Egon
