changelog links are bad

Hi!  At

        http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/errata

there are two links to ChangeLogs that are giving 404 errors:

        http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/ChangeLog
        http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US/dists/woody/non-US/ChangeLog
