Debian is a _voluntary_ organization. Maybe women don't seem to be that
interested in working on a free operating system.
I don't really see your point? Sorry. Btw., there's nothing the leader
can do about it when no women apply for being debian developers, so I
removed him from the Cc list (but he'll receive it anyway for he reads
debian-www afaik ;)
