http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/ the link of the INSTALLATION-HOWTO still points to the old repository... If debian-www is not the right place to report this, please let me know. Furthermore the latest news "Status after recent Debian compromise" indicates that the cvs is not yet online. I propose to add another news pointing to the new repository.
