Oh, and incidentally, neither translation is correct German. You need to add a dash ("Debian-Gesellschaftsvertrag") - unlike in English, you're not allowed to build a chain of nouns separated by space in German. (Yes, this rule is widely ignored especially by marketing and high-tech people - a fine example of "Denglisch".)
