For example, I would like to know when another version of mono enters testing:
http://packages.debian.org/testing/interpreters/monoSo somewhere on that page would be a form to enter my email address. The changes list could be a cut down version of mailman. Or just a simple opt-in list. That prompt's subsribers of a new version.
