Package: www.debian.org Severity: wishlist The Debian voting system uses the Condorcet voting system. Reading the results of votes is quite hard for a novice. I suggest to add the following text to http://www.debian.org/vote/:

The Standard Resolution Procedure, which involves voting, is described in appendix A of the Debian Constitution. For more information how to read the beat matrix, which is published as the outcome of votes, you may look at this example of the Condorcet voting system.
-- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.18-686 Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB
